Pashmina is the soft wool woven form the under belly hair of angeela mountain/Himalayan goat called 'Changra' in the local language of Nepal (nepali) and 'Capra Hircus' in english. This Himalayan goat lives at 10,000 feet in the highlands of Tibet and Mongolia. These mountain goats require a lengthy time for the growth of their undercoats.
